Project 52, week 15: Maesa Elephant Camp
Here’s a previously unpublished picture I took at the Maesa Elephant Camp last month. This is a tourist attraction outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand. They put on an elephant show, where the elephants do tricks like play basketball, soccer, throw darts, etc. It’s quite entertaining and I found myself hoping that the elephants enjoyed putting on the show like a working dog obviously loves the work it does. Then, after the show we went on an elephant ride, which is a tale for another blog entry. Anyway, here’s a picture that I took shortly after we got to the camp. It’s been amped up a bit using a few digital tricks, but I hope you like it all the same.
