Artifact of the Digital Age

Check this out. It’s a Sony Mavica digital camera. It was state of the art for digital point & shoot cameras when it debuted in March, 1999. Resolution? .35 megapixels! And, it recorded those images on 3.5 inch floppies! Found it at the garage sale in the church basement. It’s dead, unfortunately, and there’s no charger for the battery to be found, so I probably won’t buy it. But still, kind of cool. Look how far we’ve come in 11 years.
