Project 52, week 11
Okay, this week’s picture was taken last Monday, March 12. It shows our exchange student daughter, Tomomi, with the little snowman she made on the back deck. On the Oregon Coast, snow is relatively rare — a skiff or two a year, but rarely any accumulation. However, this year we got some in almost mid-March. It was a heavy, wet snow.
The real irony is that today I am not only not in the snow, but in Thailand (this is a pre-scheduled post) where the temperature is predicted to be the 90+°F (32+°C). So, in one week I went from snow to serious heat. Well, here’s the picture:
